What People Say About Us
Wife of Resident, Grosvenor Manor
Grosvenor Manor has a wonderful feel about it. The staff are everything I could wish for for my husband, caring and considerate towards his needs. My husband has advanced vascular dementia - he is always clean and well turned out when I visit him, usually on a daily basis.
The care offered to him is just what I want for him. I could not do better for him myself. The staff and management work hard to maintain a high standard and it is greatly appreciated.
Alastair - Friend of Resident, Grosvenor Manor
I have been visiting an ex-neighbour of mine who moved into Grosvenor Manor around June 2019. On every occasion the staff have impressed me with their genuinely outstanding care and consideration for their residents. They manage to combine thorough professionalism with obvious, deep affection for their residents, and offer unconditional patience, gentleness, understanding and commitment to those in their care. I am glad my friend is in such good hands.
Carol - Daughter of Resident, Ruddington Manor
Everyone at Ruddington Manor has been so kind and welcoming to Mum. Her room is like a 5-star hotel as is the food, her dignity is clearly of high priority and her worries and concerns at just having gone into care are addressed quickly in an attempt to settle her into her new environment. I feel like a relative I am made to feel at home too and nothing is too much bother. 10 out of 10 from me!
Joe - Son of Resident, The Hamptons
The Hamptons is a beautiful care home - for my mum to move here was a difficult time for her and our family however from day one we all felt optimistic and warmed by the surroundings and importantly the excellent staff.
From the decor to the food, all is 5 star - the common comments you hear are "oh it's like a 5 star hotel!" and it really is.
I'd say that the likes of The Hamptons are revolutionising the image that 'going into care' conjures up. The manager is excellent, takes no messing but has a certain warmth that I see my mum taking very well to and in turn helps her feel in good hands.
I'd personally recommend The Hamptons and I don't think anyone moving there would regret the decision.
