New Care Projects has recently received planning permission to build an £8million purpose-built 57 bed care facility in Sale. The care home, known as Ashland Manor, is located in a leafy residential area of South Manchester.
The ‘new generation’ care centre will offer residential, nursing and specialist dementia care in an expertly designed environment. Each of the 57 bedrooms will have their own private wet room en suite facilities, and the care home itself will feature a number of communal spaces, including lounges, dining rooms and libraries, as well as a hairdresser. There will also be a substantial garden at Ashland Manor.
Construction is now underway, with Ashland Manor Care Centre scheduled to open in winter 2016.
