Most of our homes are inspected by our care regulators at least once per year and during these inspections our homes must provide evidence that they are meeting the standards expected. The care regulators may also carry out additional unannounced inspections at any time.

Following an inspection, our homes receive an ‘Inspection Report’, which provides a summary of how the inspection was carried out, what was inspected, whether the service met the standards expected and the outcome of the inspection. Should you wish to see a copy of the home’s most recent inspection report, you may ask for a copy from the home, or you may contact the care regulator directly to request a copy.
